That’s My Word, the Bay’s hottest new talk show

That’s My Word, our new weekly talk show has arrived! The show is helmed by Oakland’s own DNas, who for years has been a pillar in Oakland’s underground music scene as the host of Streets Is Talking Radio, Fresh Steps, and the curator of many other platforms that highlighted local acts, and Qing Qi, a San Francisco native who is beginning to carve out her rap career as the most visible member of the Pu Tang Clan and an emcee with a unabashedly feminist agenda.

The new show will find these two discussing a number of topics with a new guest every week. They’ll always speak their mind, even when it’s unpopular. Expect to get a healthy dose of insight about your favorite rappers, humor, and the hottest takes on the latest news! That’s My Word drops every Thursday morning at 11AM on Thizzler’s Youtube channel!

The show’s inaugural episode welcomes Keak Da Sneak, who coined its namesake. The Oakland legend chops game about his 2 decade long career and shares some wisdom that he’s picked up throughout his years in the game. The crew is also joined by Darryl “Lil D” Reed, the famed former Oakland drug dealer, who was pardoned by President Obama, and today looks to bring hope to Oakland through his community work.
