C-Bo discovered The Jacka and The Mob Figaz in 1997 (Jack History Month 2018)

Back in 1997, The Mob Figaz were unknown youngsters from Pittsburgh. That changed when they auditioned for C-Bo’s AWOL Records at a local record shop. Though C-Bo was locked up at the time of the audition, his folks were so impressed by the Mob Figaz, that they made sure to get him to see the group in person when he was released. Upon seeing them in the flesh, he was so impressed that he brought them in to record their classic “Ride Til We Die”. The rest is history as they say.
