Oakland rhymer ST Spittin has been involved in the hip-hop scene for a minute now, but he spent most of his youth in the dance crews The Animaniacs and The Architects. When that got old, he transitioned into rapping and now has released a mixtape called Unclassified, to critical acclaim, and has had songs played on 106.1 KMEL. Em Dub got a chance to meet up with him over at Klips Barbershop in West Oakland and they talked about how he got started in hip-hop, how he got his name, his process for making a song, and more. ST Spittin even spit a written verse and a freestyle completely off the dome for the camera.
Part 2 coming this Wednesday!
