Thizzler: Where are you from? How was your upbringing?
AllyBo: I’m from South Hayward California my childhood was filled with poverty but I wouldn’t change it for the world cuz it created who I am now
T: How and why did you begin making music?
A: I started doing music just playing around never really took a serious until my little brothers died because they really wanted me to move forward with it so as a tribute to them that’s what I’m doing now
T: How did you get your rap name?
A: My rap name is the same name my father and mother used to call me when I was young so I just stuck with it because it was unique.
T: How would describe your musical style?
A: I feel like I’m into a lot of Melodies and that I don’t sound like nobody but I could sound like anybody.
T: Tell me about the new album.
A: The new album is a token for the ones I’ve lost. A tribute to the ones I lost. It’s more grown than my last album. It’s more real. You can feel it in your soul
T:What challenges or losses inspired the project?
A: I lost my little brother’s to the streets and a couple of my best friends. I lost my father to cancer, and I lost my best friend to cancer, so this album is just inspired by their absence to my life
T: How did it get its title?
A: The name of the album is pretty self-explanatory. Fallen Angels for all my angels that fell to sum it up
T: How is it different than Hazard City?
A: Hazard city was more of me finding myself creating my own style this doesn’t have a style to it it’s more real and just heartfelt so whatever the beat sounded like emotionally I went off of it.
T: What message do you want fans to walk away with?
A: I want my fans and anybody who listens to my music to walk away with a positive vibe. Understand that we are only on this Earth for the time that God allows us to. So appreciate what we have. Appreciate what we don’t have. Take life serious, move forward, don’t look back, and remember if your lived correctly you’re never forgotten.
T: Is there anything else you want to say?
A: There are a million more things I can say but I will leave you with this. I’m the only one of my kind and I do this for everybody who can’t do this.
Everybody raps nowadays, but 98% of the people don’t tell the truth. I’m here for the truth, whether it’s good or bad. I hope you guys understand that there’s a message in every song. Y’all take care keep supporting the real. God bless.
