If you’re a Northern California rap fan then you know Philthy Rich & CML have been shotcallers for years, and with their difference set to the side, they’re ready to take their careers to new heights. In fact, the relentless efforts of Lavish D have recently landed him a sit down with Baby and a contract from his dream label Cash Money Records.
Though they’ve seen plenty of anger and negativity (and still do) from folks that see the two working together, that won’t stop them from continuing to level up. On F**k Yo Politics the two bosses make it clear they don’t give a damn about your feelings or opinions; and, they shut the door on all of those doubting they’ve truly ended their beef.
The new project from CML x Philthy Rich features ten must hear slaps, including the remix that set it all off – “Bustdown Touchdown”. Plus, it features collaborations with CashClickBoog, Mistah FAB, DNI Mike, Zayel, and Prince Dreda. Considering the work ethic these two constantly show, I wouldn’t be surprised if they had more music on the way soon. Shoutout to both of these kingpins for showing us that even the longest of beefs can be squashed with legitimate conversation.
