The Jacka wanted to make sure that he was able to provide opportunities to up and coming artists and that he had ownership of his own music. The music business was more than just the music, he was intrigued by the business! In 2005 he launched The Artist Records signing Joe Blow, Street Knowledge and Dubb20. These guys all went on to make reputable names for themselves.
