@MozzyThaMotive makes his pitch to XXL and their voters. On his latest release “Dear XXL”, the Oak Park rapper takes aim at auto-tuners and mumble rappers. He believes the magazine that issues the annual honor should take notice of how far he’s gotten without a sponsor or a label. We already know that on this side Mozzy is the street’s choice.
