@CalvinHarris features Oakland’s own, #Kehlani and the one and only Lil Boat AKA @LilYachty, in this brand new visual experience for their song, “Faking It”. In the video, Kehlani is simply GLOWING like some sort of snow goddess as she sings her way through each verse and chrous, with Yachty chiming in at verse 3 as he smashes a sports car made of ice. That being said, the production for this video is phenomenal, with that blue lighting really setting the tone for it all. Director @EmilNava, has worked on other videos for Calvin before including “This Is What You Came For” featuring Rihanna. With “Faking It”, it is so incredibly inspiring to see Kehlani flourishing in the mainstream media world while staying true to her fierce and outspoken self. Big time love for her holding it down for strong, independent, hard working females in this big, crazy world we call the music industry.
