@D2E3D wasted no time getting back to the grind of releasing music. Today, three months after the release of their sophomore full length Fair Share, Oakland based rap trio Down 2 Earth deliver a brand new EP titled Sunburnt. The brief effort is potent and more sonically focused than Fair Share. Production on Sunburnt, with the exception of the self-co-produced “Nightmares”, is smooth with a classic 90s hip-hop feel akin to ATCQ. While D2E has 2 production credits, rapper Elujay has two, the ever-rising producer Wax Roof has one, and Phil Park lent his services on “Nightmares”.
