@Elujay returns after a months-long step away from the spotlight with his new single “Linguistics”. It’s the first drop since January’s “Golden” which marked a change in direction from Elujay’s neo-soul inspired brand of hip-hop that he established on his 2016 debut Jentrify. “Lingustics” is a return to form of sorts as Slom delivers a very smooth performance behind the boards. It’s a down-tempo record that finds Elu focusing on the money and cutting relationships with folks who lack his vision. “Linguistics” won’t land on Elu’s next project, but we hope it’s a promise for more vibes to come!
