@JustLately returns to the scene with his new project The Good Panda EP. The new project serves as the first follow up we’ve gotten from the Oakland based rapper from Sabastopool since last October’s Let’s Just Be Friends. The Good Panda EP finds Lately finding a groove with frequent collaborators O.O.P.S. and Space Cadet who craft an often old school leaning soundbed that utilizes boom bap percussions. Lately has taken a step back from the sorrowful content of his break up album Let’s Just Be Friends. The Good Panda EP broaches topics like relationships and his rap dreams, but remains mostly positive. Check out the Good Panda EP below!
Also, in less than a month J.Lately will be hitting the road for The Good Panda Tour in support of the release. He’ll be stopping in 12 cities throughout California, Oregon, and Washington.
