The Oakland rapper and past Bay Area Freshman is at her best while she’s talking shit and laying out her resumé for anyone who might have forgotten that she’s got bars. We haven’t heard much new music from her since the release of Holloween, but the Hella Rawh produced joint is a solid reminder that when it comes to young emcees in the Bay, Tia isn’t one to discount. “Reason” is an “I don’t love no n*gga” record which owes a debt to Jay-Z’s “Big Pimpin”.
