2014 has been a great year for Bay Area music. We were blessed with new albums from some of our favorite HBK members: IAMSU!, P-Lo, Skipper and Kool John. We saw the ascension of R&B acts Adrian Marcel, Rayven Justice and Kehlani. Of course we our mainstays kept coming with fire releases that satisfied loyal fans, word to E-40, Too Short and Philthy Rich to name a few. All and all, this year the Bay proved that the rest of the world should take notice, and the rest of the world listened.
