What’s up world? My apologies for not having slaps of the week for a quick minute, but sometimes life happens. Yet we’re back at it, and this was a big week for the Bay Area. For one, it was pretty ill and historical, to watch the Giants almost single-handedly win the All Star Game this week. Melky Carbrera winning the MVP made him the first Giant to receive that honor since Bobby Bonds in 1973. And Matt Cain’s win made him the first Giant to be the wining pitcher in the all star game since Vida Blue in 1981. Both well before I was born. Then on the music end of things, our ears were blessed to 4 new albums from some of the giants of Mob Music, an epic collaborative effort from The New Bay, and all the dope mp3’s and videos we’re accustomed to on a weekly basis.
