It gives me great pleasure to announce the forthcoming release of the Jern Eye & Headnodic Free EP entitled “Infinity Gems”. Entirely produced by Headnodic (Crown City Rockers/Mighty Underdogs) with Jern Eye (Lunar Heights) on the raps, “Infinity Gems” was a project purposely created as a free download for their fans. The two teamed up on this seven song banger as an attempt to recapture an era in Hip Hop where the music was timeless, and songs were considered as gems. Headnodic states “When Jern and I decided to do an EP together, we went right back to that sense of creative effortlessness”. To the rapper Jern Eye it was simply “a great way to get back to the essence and make music with no pressure”. “Infinity Gems” will release in November and will feature guests One Be Lo, Nightclubber Lang, Roc C, Khai Sharrieff, Kewl Chris, Ms. K, and DJ Icewater.
Here is the debut single entitled “Everlasting” featuring One Be Lo, Roc C, and Khai Sharrieff with DJ Icewater on the scratches. With the four emcees going back to back “Everlasting” is nostalgic to the days of no holds barred posse cuts, and moves at a pace true to the producers name leaving your head nodding. “Infinity Gems” soon come.
